first off, thanks to ~Chivi-chivik for sketching this out and I took the liberty to color it. I probably won't do the BG.
when I saw this sketch, I thought of a hellshroom Toadbert that was 63'd, but it was fun to see. there were some interesting firsts here, like the heart eyeshine, and of course, the interesting coloring and the use of brushes on this. now for the other stuff:
her name is Imp T. and trust me, I thought up a lot of names for her, but Imp T stuck over everything. and I met Chivi's requirements well: red vest; black tie with white stripes. who knows, I may put her in Mario Project... oh, I do plan on putting her in something else though ~_^
