One day as a young girl, Rosalina found a rusty spaceship and a Luma inside of it that was waiting for its mother.  Being as kind as she is, Rosalina decided to help the Luma repair the spaceship and soon accompanied it into space in search of its mother.  Recalling that her mother had died when she was little, Rosalina soon found sympathy and comfort in the Luma; and even though the Luma's mother was never found, Rosalina took it upon herself to be the new mother of all Lumas.  She lives in outer space in the Comet Observatory and

now normally, this wouldn't go into the Mushroom Citizens group, but unrecognized characters need love too. and at the end of the page, we see the "Waluigi is not impressed" face, and does it look like the waitress is naked under the apron in panel 4? also, for the record, Pink Panties is actually an alcoholic beverage, but not in this instance.
